onboarding
The studio will decide the limit per class type. You can choose to have a maximum number of students in meditation classes that differs from the maximum for active yoga classes. The definition of class types and limits is part of initial studio setup.
students
The students can cancel their bookings up to 1 hour before the class start time.
The students will attend the classes they have signed up for directly from the app. They will log in into the app and go to the class details. 15 min before the class start time in the Class Details page they will see a JOIN button. They will click on the button to start live streaming.
There is no need for any additional information, the app is all they need.

If you want to stream an in-studio class, you will still mark it as an ONLINE class to activate live streaming for this class. The in-studio participants will join in-person in the studio, and the remote students will be using the movimundi app to join the class.
You will decide for your studio how you want to teach such ‘hybrid’ classes with both in-studio and online students. You can choose to focus on in-studio students only and let the online participants simply follow the instructions. Or you can arrange a bigger screen for your studio so that you can give individual instructions to both in-studio and remote students. Just make sure that you have a good microphone, so that your voice is clear and loud when you move through the studio while teaching.
For any class scheduled for your studio you will be able to change the teacher assignment any time before the class starts.
The new teacher will now see the class on her Teacher Panel, and the class will be removed from the ‘old’ teacher’s Teacher Panel.
