students
The students can cancel their bookings up to 1 hour before the class start time.
movimundi provides the students with a dedicated My Classes tab in the app. The student will be able to see the list of the classes they have signed up for.
They can click on particular class to see the details and to join the class, when the time comes.
The students will attend the classes they have signed up for directly from the app. They will log in into the app and go to the class details. 15 min before the class start time in the Class Details page they will see a JOIN button. They will click on the button to start live streaming.
There is no need for any additional information, the app is all they need.
movimundi reminds the students about an upcoming class by sending a reminder 30 min prior to the start of their class. In order to receive notification, students will need to allow notifications from movimundi when they install the app. This setting can be changed any time in the Security Settings of the mobile phone.
The reminders are personalized messages. In order to continue to receive reminders, students should not log out from their movimundi account when closing the app.
