onboarding
The transfer of your studio’s community onto movimundi is easy. Each student will create an account on movimundi set up a login and password to be able to access your studio’s classes on movimundi. From this student account, they will be able to purchase classes from your studio.
If you would like to transfer class credit from your studio that you would like to carry over, movimundi will support you with the transfer of existing student credits. For that, we will need a csv (Excel) report including student data and credits to be transferred into their new accounts on movimundi.
movimundi platform is integrated with Stripe. If you are already using Stripe as the payment processing platform for your studio, you can continue to use the same account.
Otherwise you will apply for a Merchant Account directly on the Stripe webpage.
The setup procedure is simple. You will be assigned an movimundi onboarding officer, who will answer all your questions and guide you through the process. The whole process usually takes less than 2 weeks.
First, you will need to setup your Merchant Account. With movimundi you will use Stripe to process the payments to your studio. If your studio has already Stripe Merchant Account, we will connect movimundi to it. Otherwise you will apply for a Merchant Account with a Payment Processing Platform Stripe apply online for an account directly on the Stripe webpage.
The processing of your application usually goes very fast, but in some cases it can take up to 2 weeks. After you receive a Stripe Merchant ID, the studio setup on movimundi begins.
You will fill out the New Studio Form and send it to movimundi. The form will ask you about studio contact data as well as details like pass types and prices at your studio. You will also decide the class categories, class types and levels you offer and any other details to customize your studio profile on movimundi. The movimundi onboarding officer will be there to help you in case of questions. After we receive the New Studio Form, the movimundi onboarding officer will set up the studio with you. This will take no more than 5 working days.
The studio will decide the limit per class type. You can choose to have a maximum number of students in meditation classes that differs from the maximum for active yoga classes. The definition of class types and limits is part of initial studio setup.
